Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that upgrading your shipping preference does not change the processing time. We proudly ship all of our items with Canada Post.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Canada and the US.
Did you say Free Shipping?
We are happy to offer free shipping on US orders over 75$ and Canadian orders over 65$. Please note that free shipping is economy shipping and does not include tracking to the United States.

All of our products are shipped via Canada Post from our makers in Ottawa, Canada.
